As you can see, most of the reviews are verified, meaning that they are genuine invites from previous customers. Also, at the time of writing, most of the reviews are 5 stars, with the exception of two 4 star reviews. One of the 4 star reviews was kindly upgraded by a customer from 1 star, after I made a mistake with the amount of postage that was placed on their cards package. The underpayment of postage was swiftly rectified by me, and as you can see, the customer was satisfied with how I handled the situation. I am determined that this does not happen again!
